ABOUT / CONTACT

I am a digital artist from Australia self taught in both traditional and digital art mediums, the latter being my main focus right now. I work best with and enjoy most of all fantasy related work, and have the most experience with humans and/or mythic humanoid art subjects. I do not use AI at all in my work. and do not give permission for my work to be used in AI.I've been taking commissions for 4 years now.For a more in-depth look at my art, you can find me on on any of my socials. For queries you can fill out this contact form.
GENERAL COMMISSIONS
My standard commissions are currently CLOSED while I complete backlog and pursue more personal art.Slots are limited and first come first serve/confirmed.Alternatively, I have sketch, doodle and limited commission requests available on my KO-FI.I retain all rights to my work and credit must be given when sharing, even if it is just including one of my links. Please no direct tracing. altering or editing commissions without my express permission. I am usually happy to offer compromise so long as the effort to ask is made. Strictly no AI/NFT.All Commissions are subject to my Terms of Service.
˃ Waitlist
- This means I am not accepting any finalised commission requests, but am giving people the chance to reserve a tentative slot. You will be contacted if I am ready to commence work and given 3 days to confirm before I move onto the next in line. If there is a week of no contact your slot will be forfeit.˃ Closed
- This means I am not accepting any commissions or adding to my waitlist at this time. However I usually keep requests available on Ko-fi that are not as time intensive.˃ Experimental
- This means that I am actively looking for and experimenting with different approaches and methods to paint and colour while I strive to further grow and develop my skill. While each commission can vary in terms of style this is especially the case for experimental commissions.

INFO and TERMS OF SERVICE

Design work and references
My commission work does not include character design. While I may sometimes offer commissions that give me more creative freedom to make alterations, you need to have good visual references showing the character design.Note: Please don't request a commission unless you have a pre-existing reference ready at the time of purchase. If an extended period of time has passed and I have not received the needed references, I may be forced to refund and cancel.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What I need from you
1. Clear reference images.Having good, clear, high quality reference images is very important. Here are some helpful tips as to what kinds of reference images I work best with:- Avoid sending me very dark images with strong or moody lighting, it is easier if I have a clear image.- Avoid sending me low quality, pixelated images. If I do not have clear reference images, I will have to use my own creative liberty to fill in the gaps.- Avoid sending me reference images with very dark backgrounds that make it difficult to see the design silhouette.I prefer to see reference images that are clear and with neutral lighting and clear/blank background.2. Filled-in info formWhen filling in one of my forms, please read the required questions carefully and try to answer each. When adding necessary information, try to keep it as compact but as informative as possible- focusing on important qualities and/or design elements. What you get
I typically send two versions of the finished artwork, delivered via email.
- Original high-resolution finished artwork (300DPI), A3-sized artwork in a JPG format.
- A smaller, lower-resolution website version with a watermark.
- Other versions such as PNG can be delivered upon request.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Payment
Payments are handled with Paypal and charged in AUD (Australian Dollars). Commissions and requests handled through Ko-fi will take full payment in advance.Commissions handled through direct email/request with me are handled with Paypal. For larger commissions, I can be flexible with the minimal due starting amount to cover the base sketch- then continue progress when the remaining is paid.REFUNDS
Refunds are not possible on already finished commissions or after I've already started working on your commission. If I have not started work on your commission, a full refund is possible (minus PayPal transfer fees).Kill fee
If I have to refund and cancel an unfinished commission, I will refund 50% of the original rate and keep the other 50% as a kill fee and compensation for the work already done and my time already spent. However, I try to avoid cancelling unfinished commissions unless I am very uncomfortable or am struggling to effectively work with a client.I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission at any time for any reason. For example, if a client fails to follow the terms and rules provided in this terms of service.Examples of when I may cancel a commission and initiate a kill fee are:
- Clients not following my rules and terms of service
- Clients being disrespectful to meCode of Conduct
I will always endeavour to show grace and respect to my clients and potential clients.I expect clients to remain professional, polite, respectful and kind when interacting with me. If I feel a client is not conducting themselves accordingly I will cancel the commission and instate a kill fee. I also reserve the right to refuse working with a client in the future if I find they do not conduct themselves accordingly.Commission Abandonment
If at any time during the Commission process (including the initial planning/discussion) the Client ceases contact with the Artist for longer than two months, unless otherwise stated, the Commission will be assumed abandoned. Once a Commission becomes abandoned I will cancel the commission and implement a kill fee.Revisions and Process
Revisions and process depends on the commission type. Ko-fi commissions and requests usually have their revisions and process expectations detailed on the listing. If the commission type is a faster sketch, once I have all the info I need I will work on the sketch and send the finished for approval. Relatively small and reasonable revisions can be requested before approving the artwork as finished.Redoing the sketch or a huge part of it is not considered a relatively small or reasonable revision.Important: To avoid misinterpretation and the need for multiple revisions afterwards, please take your time writing the description and send good, clear reference image(s). Show me the design in a consistent and easy-to-read way.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------USAGE TERMS

Commission form, for Ko-fi commissions.
Please include the following information in your Ko-fi order, using a similar numbered format as I have demonstrated below.
1. Character name, fantasy race and a short intro (meaning a few sentences).2. Character's looks and personality
> Eye colour, skin colour, hair colour etc
> Possible scars, any unique pupil shapes or other important design elements are to be clearly described in writing.
This is to avoid any misinterpretations of reference images if the reference images do not show the character in neutral lighting, or 100% clearly.
A short description on the characters personality is also welcome. Not only is it fun for me to read and picture during the process, but I may be able to capture some of that personality in the sketch.3. Any information about the clothing/materials (if needed).
Again, this is to help minimise misinterpretations.4. General Commission idea and description.
How would you like the commission to look. These can be ideas for the characters expression (smiling, frowning, etc) or facial angle (frontal or side angle, etc). You are also more than welcome to leave these details to me and I'll do my best to portray your character in a way that I feel best suits them- based on the other information given.Note: If you leave this section more open or blank, I will interpret it as permission to use more creative freedom. It's a good idea to consider giving artists more creative freedom and can result in a better portrait.Note: Sometimes the Ko-fi listing will only be for a specific face angle.5. Clear visual references/photo(s) of the character.
These can include well-lit screenshots, previously commissioned artworks, character sheets etc.
